According to a news release from VDOT, during the early morning hours of Wednesday, October 19th, the intersection of Route 628 (Ramoth Church Road) and Route 651 (Kellogg Mill Road) will be converted to an all way stop. Stop bars will be painted on the road and new stop signs will be put in place. New pavement marking will be painted on Ramoth Church Road northbound to create two lanes approaching the intersection, which will make motorist choose from a shared left turn and through lane, or a right turn lane.
