One of Forge’s bands, Wind Ensemble, had their assessment at Massaponax High School two days ago, Wednesday 28th. The way it worked was that they played three different songs: a march song, a slow song, and their own choice of song. They are judged on a scale of 1-4 with 1 being the best and 4 being the worst. Our wind ensemble has a 16 year streak of  1’s so it is quite important to continue that tradition, especially after 2 months of practice and rehearse! The songs that they will be playing are: Valdres, Overture to Candide, and Hymm of the Highlands.
